Welcome to my new way to communicate enthusiasm for the exposure of science to children. I am currently teaching a unit on the Earth, moon, and sun to fifth graders in Trumbull, CT. Children need to have an understanding of where we sit in the vast space known as the Universe. As we move through the synchronized lessons, children will learn that our solar system is one of many in the galaxy known as the Milky Way.
